Almost Wordless Wednesday: Big and Little

Ping Update: Thanks so much for all of your well wishes.  Ping's reports are good.  She feels fine and there is no sign of cancer in her liver.   She does have an inflamed liver, the result of an unknown chronic problem.  On Saturday she gets a bile acids test to see how her liver is functioning.    Hopefully, it will be good news.  My vet feels we will probably never know why her liver is having these problems, but that if we can monitor it then she can be OK for a long time.

  10. That is fabulous news!
    yes!
"normal range numbers" are just an average and you do not have to be exactly like everyone else to be normal!
ping has her own normal numbers and a very healthy puggy!

  13. Cute shot - happy WW! Zeus has been on liver supplements for a year & a half now due to elevated levels. We've been through tuns of tests and have ruled out many possible causes... and he's a happy big 'ole boy!

  23. Glad to hear that it doesn't appear to be anything too serious! When Sampson saw our holistic vet in April he gave him some Chinese herbs to detox his liver. He seems to think our boys liver is a bit sluggish.

POP to Ping that all is well!

  24. I'm just glad Ping is alright... Of course, I'm partially guilty of thinking that Ping used to be a guy dog (and I must be saying this over and over again).

You all get better now, okay?
