Welcome Weasley!

Weasley is finally here!

We picked him up at the Quick Pac counter at Newark Airport at 7:26 this morning

I  had been a bit nervous about his flight but his breeder Kelly, of Kelz Pugz assured me he would be fine as its a short flight from Buffalo.  He was!  Weasley hadn't even soiled in his crate.

We were home from the airport in 20 minutes and let him explore the deck

Weasley seemed to like his teething keys,  his salmon treats, and his felted wool ball from Olive Green Dog.

We let the hound out one at a time to greet him, first was Bob

Then Norbert

Then Tubby and Ping

Everyone did very well, we made sure to give them lots of tasty treats and there was not a single growl or raised hackle.  Weasley seems most confident around the pugs, which figures.  (The cats are still making themselves scarce).

We went inside to show Weasley the kitchen and his play pen. 

He had some Orijen puppy food

and checked out his new toys.

We are so grateful to Weasley's breeder for letting us bring him into our home and we are looking forward to many happy years to come!
